91ɬÂþ Foundation exists to cultivate donor and community gifts that provide scholarships, enhance the 91ɬÂþ experience and benefit 91ɬÂþ.
The 91ɬÂþ Foundation receives and administers contributions solely for the support of the 91ɬÂþ. Formed in 1965 – the year the 91ɬÂþ’s first class graduated – the Foundation is a 501 (c3) not-for-profit that raises funds to enhance the student experience at 91ɬÂþ through scholarships, program support, capital projects, and departmental grants. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from Newton, McDonald, Jasper, Barry, and Vernon counties. Gifts are tax-deductible. Gifts are kept in account outside of the 91ɬÂþ budget and are audited annually. The Foundation manages more than $11 million in gifts provided by donors.
